Shipping & Returns

Enjoy complimentary 2-day shipping on all Pratiksha orders.

Currently we are only able to offer complimentary shipping to shipping addresses within the United States. If you would like to have an order shipped outside of the U.S., please contact us.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to post office box addresses at this time.

Shipping Schedule

Orders placed before 5PM CST Monday through Saturday will be processed within two business days and shipped via FedEx 2-day service, including Saturdays where Saturday delivery service is available. Processing and delivery on Sundays and holidays are not available and will be fulfilled the next business day.

If you are in need of a rush delivery, we can ship your order by the next day for an additional fee. Please contact us before placing your order to arrange for this service.

Custom Sizing Schedule

Please allow an additional 2-3 days for delivery of items such as rings requiring custom sizing. Rings are available immediately in the size listed in the "details" section of the product page. Sizes offered larger or smaller than this size are custom sized pieces and will be denoted as such in the sizing drop-down.

Return Policy

Items are accepted for credit or exchange in the U.S. within 30 days of purchase if returned in new condition with all original packaging and accompanying materials, subject to our review of the returned merchandise.  If any packaging materials are missing, we will charge a 5% restocking fee.  Unfortunately, items that do not have the return tag attached and intact cannot be accepted for return.

Take care to remove or cover all previous labels from your box and repackage the item in protective wrapping to prevent damage upon return. We are not responsible for damage or loss during shipping.

If you believe your order or return has been lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.

Return

Order something not quite right for you? Please fill out the form below within 30 days of delivery date to initiate a return. Any items that do not have the return tag attached unfortunately cannot be accepted for return. Please note that items that have been custom sized cannot be returned.

Once we have approved your return, we will send you a confirmation email with your shipping label. Please print the confirmation email and include with your original invoice in your return.
