What is available for rental?
Anything shown as in stock on our website is available for rental. Each item is thoroughly inspected then polished and steam cleaned before each rental.
Is it real?
All Pratiksha items are 100% solid gold and genuine, high quality diamonds and gemstones.
How long is a rental?
Each rental period lasts for 7 days. If you need more time, contact us directly and we can work with you. We recommend you book your order to arrive 1-2 days prior to your event.
Can I see pieces in person before I commit to rent?
Of course! We are available for appointments in our Dallas showroom 7 days a week—just contact us to set up a time. We’ll even help you style pieces with your outfit for your special event.
Can I rent for non-bridal occasions?
Pratiksha Jewelry rentals aren’t just for the big day: consider renting pieces for your black tie events, galas, work parties, and any other special occasion where you’d like a little something special to brighten up your look.
How do I complete a rental order?
Select the rental option on the website, fill out your contact information and the date of your event, and we will follow up with you within 24 hours to confirm your rental.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, and cash.
Will I need to make a security deposit?
A security deposit of 30% of the retail value is required for the duration of your rental period.
How far in advance should I pick out my items?
We ask that you select your products a minimum of one week in advance.
What if my picks aren't available on the date of my event?
Contact us and let us know which piece you want. We are continuously adding to our inventory and might be able to secure the product you want or find a suitable alternative.
How much does it cost?
Rental pricing varies per product. However, we offer discounts on rentals of multiple items: if you select 2 products to rent, take 20% off of your rental cost; If you select 3 or more products, take 30% off.
How will I receive my rental order?
Our standard shipping method is free 2-day delivery via FedEx, which is made between 8am and 8pm Monday though Saturday. We provide tracking information so you can see when your package is out for delivery. Please provide an address where an adult will be present to sign for the package. We also offer same-day delivery via Postmates or local pick-up at our Dallas showroom.
What if my shipment is lost or damaged?
If you have trouble with your shipment, please contact us immediately at 800-641-1277. We’ll work with the shipment companies directly to resolve the issue.
Are options available for insurance?
Add-on insurance ($15) is available to cover any minor incidents, such as small scratches or loose/missing side stones. Otherwise, you are responsible for damage at the cost of repair.
How can I ensure my pieces are safe?
You should keep your items in your possession or safely locked away at all times. Do not leave items unattended or lend your items to another person for any reason. Do not place your jewelry in checked bags when traveling. If you are staying in a hotel room, do not leave your items unattended or attempt to hide them in the room. Do not leave the jewelry in the hotel room safe—keep the jewelry in the hotel lobby vault or on your person at all times. To prevent damage, we recommend storing your items in the provided storage bags when not in use. Detailed care instructions are included in your rental package.
What do I do if my item is lost, damaged, or stolen?
Unfortunately, significant damage and theft are ultimately your responsibility. You will be responsible for 80% of the retail price of the piece. The rental amount paid will go towards this fee.
How do I return my items?
A return label is provided with your shipment. Simply pack your items carefully back into the original packaging and drop it off at your local FedEx location. You can also drop it off with us at our Dallas showroom. Please be sure to hand deliver these items yourself: do not leave packages on your doorstep for pickup or with your mailroom.
What happens if I miss my return deadline?
Please drop off your items either at your FedEx location or our showroom by the rental deadline listed on your order for your return to be considered on time. When your rental accessory is not returned to us on time, it affects our ability to deliver on our promises to other customers. For this reason, we charge a late fee of $100 per product for each day past the rental due date to the credit card or method of payment you used for the order. If you pay us an amount equal to 100% of the retail value in late fees and the item(s) are still in your possession, they are yours to keep.
If you have not returned your items within 14 days of your return date, your order will be considered a non-return and we will charge your credit card on file for the remaining retail value of the piece, plus applicable sales tax.
How do I extend my rental period?
You are welcome to extend your rental period as long as the item(s) are not already reserved by another customer. Please contact us before the end of your rental period to arrange for an extension of your rental.
I can't part ways! Can I buy my rental item?
Absolutely! Contact us about your item before the end of your rental period to arrange for payment. Your rental cost will be applied towards your purchase, and your price will be set at 80% of the retail price.
