We accept VISA, DiscoverCard, AMEX, and other major credit/debit cards as well as PayPal.
I want a piece, but it is out of stock. Can I still order it?
Contact us about the piece and we'll be happy to create a special order for you or let you know when it will be back in stock. We can also add you to the wait list and email you once the item arrives.
How do I create and use a wishlist?
In order to use our wishlist, you must first register for a Pratiksha Jewelry account. Detailed instructions can be found here. You can then log in, save items that interest you, and share them via social media and email.
Do you ship orders outside of the U.S.?
We currently only ship within the Domestic U.S. For special requests, please inquire at 800-641-1277 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is your shipping charge?
All orders receive complimentary 2-day shipping within the U.S. via FedEx.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping depends on the order and availability of the product. Orders received by 5pm CST on a business day (Monday-Saturday) can be processed the same day. Orders received after this time will be processed the next business day. If you need your order by a specific date, please do not hesitate to contact us to confirm a shipping date.
How will my package arrive?
Your order will come individually packaged in a gift box and travel pouch along with a polishing cloth. All items are shipped in insured FedEx mailer boxes with a tracking number that will be supplied to you in your order confirmation email. If you have a lost or damaged parcel, please contact us at 800-641-1277 or email@example.com.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
All of our products come gift-ready, tied with a ribbon bow. If you'd like to gift your purchase to someone, simply select the "Gift" option during check-out and we will place a gift receipt and a handwritten note (with your personal message) in the box.
Do you offer returns?
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, we offer returns within 30 days of purchase at no cost to you. Items must include all original tags and packaging to be considered valid for return. For help preparing your package for return, please refer to our Shipping & Returns page.
Can I return a custom order?
Special orders and customized items such as sized rings cannot be returned or exchanged. If your ring doesn't quite fit, we will gladly resize the ring ½ size up or down at no charge to you. Anything beyond that will be considered a new order.
Do you offer any cleaning or maintenance services?
Any piece you order from us will be covered with complimentary cleaning, maintenance, and repair services for three months from the date of purchase. We offer in-house repairs, ring re-sizing, inspections, and appraisals on all Pratiksha Jewelry pieces. For more information and to request service on your pieces, please visit our Services page.
Can I get a piece resized?
If your ring doesn't quite fit, we will gladly resize the ring ½ size up or down at no charge to you. Other resizing and adjustments will vary in price on a case-to-case basis.

We offer personal guidance and recommendations throughout your shopping experience, from choosing the right metals and stones to sizing, servicing, and exchanges or returns.
